Hey all I am responding to all these soon I have a lecture at the University of Edinburgh today and so I am going to be a bit busy today! Just wanted to let you know if I sound a silent for the next day! Still tyring to fit in messages and responses where I can. I am going to record it though so I can share with you all when I am done!

@Lorik Halili It's where i'm based! I'll take a pic from the top of Arthurs Seat and post it here. We should get a thread of that going!
What 3,300+ of you did in six days
We hit #482 on Skool! Here's what that actually means 3,300+ of you showed up in six days. That put us in the top 500 communities out of roughly 30,000 on the platform. For context: Skool ranks communities by a weighted score of active members, engagement, and growth rate. The algorithm favors communities where people actually talk to each other over communities that just collect subscribers. Which means this number reflects something real about how you all use this space. So thank you. Genuinely. Now, the part where I ask you something we've already asked: What do you want more of? Yes, we keep asking. The community is six days old and already the intro post has 600+ comments showing people building actual systems, wrestling with architecture decisions, trying to figure out what layer their problem belongs on. That tells us a lot. But we want to hear it directly. Drop a comment. Tell us what's stuck, what's working, what you wish existed here. We read all of them.

@Jake Van Clief take breaks brother!
The goal is less automation theatre, more actual conversation
What we talk about behind to the scenes frequently with @Jake Van Clief . There's a version of community that's all systems. Automated welcome messages, drip sequences, scheduled posts, AI responses to questions. It runs clean and it scales easy. It also feels like nobody's home. That's not what we're building here. The way I think about it: automate everything that doesn't require a human so the humans can actually show up for the parts that do. Admin, formatting, scheduling, routine responses. Let the tools handle that. Free up the time for the conversations that actually go somewhere. Because that's where the real value is. Not in the content. In what happens when someone posts about a problem they're stuck on and three people who've solved it respond. In the call that turns into a project. In the question that becomes a course module because enough people asked it. The interactions are the product. Everything else is infrastructure. So that's how we're approaching this. Build the systems quietly in the background so when you're here, you're actually talking to people. Including me. If you're in this community and you've got something you want to think through, a project, a problem, a question you haven't asked yet because you weren't sure where to put it. Put it here. That's what we're here for. Kaleb What i'm listening to right now! Orion7 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCes5y13u1k&list=RDEMlGtqfHp9DmfmjBsdQpSAqg&index=4 What do y'all listen to while you work? How can we create a more soul nurishing community? Drop a comment or DM me!

@Aaron Quiroz the culture/spirit is the most important thing when the change is constant. I have a 5 year old and I am really trying to teach him basic systems understanding but also to just focus on his breathing and everything will be alright. Leasson for myself as well.
Do you Proofread your AI?
I work with data, and I like honest, clean data. It makes my life easier. In my country, (Australia) we have had our main Telco asked if they were manipulating data to give incorrect mapping on how much coverage they have compared to other telco companies. AI created their result but a human fed the AI the corrupted data to give the outcome. My main question is; Do you check your work? Have you started to trust the outcome a little more? Do you still take the time to proof read and check the sources? Or do you have top configuration to deal with bad data being used?

@Cassy Js I see AI use as a ruthless focus on the fundementals of system analysis. Questions everything trust nothing. Best practice beats trust any day!
Thank you. Whole Heart. For Helping Clief Notes Grow
I wasn't sure what to expect when I posted about getting involved here. I hoped a few people would put their hand up. What actually happened was something else. The responses, the DMs, the comments. People sharing what they do, what they're curious about, what they'd want to build. It's been a lot to take in, in the best way. If you've messaged me, you're on the list. I'm working through everything and I will get back to you. It's taking a little longer than I'd like because there are more of you than I anticipated, which is a genuinely good problem to have. What's struck me most isn't just the range of skills, though that's impressive. It's that people actually care. About what Jake's building, about where this goes, about being part of something that's trying to do this properly rather than just fast. That means a lot. More than I can really put into words in a community post. We're working to organise around all of this now. Getting the right people into the right places, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Bear with us while we do that. More to come very soon. Drop a comment below and let me know what you'd like to see out of the community to further grow. What do you want it to FEEL like when you connect with the community? --Kaleb Original post here: https://www.skool.com/quantum-quill-lyceum-1116/were-expanding-the-team-could-this-be-you?p=56512507 What i'm listening to now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7V1dL9Xt7JQ&list=RDEMlGtqfHp9DmfmjBsdQpSAqg&index=5
