POETRY -❤♡ you don't have to be shake spare to enjoy poetry. Ever jotted down a thought in your notes app ? or written a caption for a photo? your already half way there. Here’s the magic: poetry gives voice. It speaks to the parts of us that wonder and long, to the emotions that don’t always fit into everyday conversations—the grief, the joy, and everything in between. I’ve lived through my fair share of numbness, and I’ve learned that life loses its colour when we stop feeling. Poetry reminds me to listen, to feel, and to be fully alive. Maybe that’s the quiet power of poetry—it invites us to slow down and listen to ourselves. the silence. In a world that constantly pushes us to keep moving, the beauty in it is asking us to pause, to notice, to feel, to connect. You don’t have to be a writer to experience it. Sometimes it’s as simple as a line that resonates with the soul, a spiritual verse that lingers in your mind, reminding you that you’re not alone in what you feel. it will always meets you where you are in life and gently remind you that every emotion, even the uncomfortable ones, has a place but in words. it screams I see you, iv been there. it is not a fancy of just words but more of real ones. So, if you ever find yourself lost in the noise of life or disconnected from your own heart, try this Let it be your mirror, your guide, your quiet companion. Read a few lines, write a few of your own, or simply sit with the words that move you. Poetry doesn’t ask for perfection—it only asks for presence. And maybe, in allowing ourselves to feel through it, we rediscover the beauty of being fully human. writers block? here are some starting points. - Write one honest sentence about how your feeling right now? - Describe the sky outside your window in three words ? what is felt remember emotion. - finish this line: today I remember.....   some of my top 4 poets- 1. Let’s chat motherhood.
🌷 Motherhood & Mum Guilt — A Sacred Moment For the mamas who love deeply, worry often, and try their absolute best — this one’s for you. Those little hands. The ones that reach for you without hesitation — soft, sometimes sticky, always trusting — that’s the purest kind of love you’ll ever know. They don’t notice the laundry you haven’t folded, the dishes in the sink, or the five tabs open on your phone for “healthy snacks” and “how to be more patient.” They don’t see the mental load or the endless checklist circling in your head — the reminders, the silent pressure to hold it all together. They just see you.And they love you. Completely whole. Not for the perfect meal, not for the spotless house, not for the photo-worthy moments — but for you. For your laugh (they love this one).Your scent (pure comfort).Your presence (connection). The way you make the world feel safe, even when you’re running on coffee and survival mode. 🌿 The Reality of Motherhood Motherhood is wild. It’s sacred. It’s deep. It stretches you in ways you didn’t know were possible — emotionally, physically, spiritually. One minute you’re overflowing with love, and the next, you’re hiding in the bathroom just trying to breathe. I get it because me too! And that’s okay. You’re not doing it wrong — you’re just doing something real and raw. 💭 Let’s Talk About Mum Guilt That quiet, sneaky feeling that shows up so uninvited — whispering that you’re not doing enough, not being enough, not feeling enough. (It’s not true, but it feels so heavy.) It’s the voice that questions everything:“Should I have played with them longer?”“Was I too impatient?” (gets me every time)“Am I ruining them with screen time?” ( really over Roblox rn!) Sound familiar? Yeah. Same. But here’s the truth — mum guilt isn’t fact. It’s fear wearing a mask. It shows up because you care. Because you love them so deeply (oxytocin, remember this). Because you want to give everything to your little beings.
