Had a good inaugural 2024 check in yesterday with ! Key take away for me was the importance of clearly knowing what you want from your experience and letting that inform the interventions you implement.
Is running a good or bad approach to cardio? Depends on what you want.
Should you put more energy into training or diet? Depends on what you want.
