Body guys/PDR PEEPS

So first off, how much would you body guys charge to fix this clean the dent up, light fill, and repaint.

PDR guys- I’m guessing this one’s a pretty tough. I would think trying to get some tension on that knocked down the high spots and crowns. And try and pull as much as you can before beginning to push and knocked down. From a scale from one to 10 how hard would this one be?
