Hello Friends!!! Just checking in to ask if anyone has been in to the classroom recently? Is there anything in there that is of interest to you? Anything you'd like me to work on next? I am in the midst of creating a "Relationships" module as well as some "Attachment Theory" information! I'm going to be away next week, taking care of a family member and will be taking full advantage of the quiet time to build up the PAM'S BAMs section of the classroom as well! While creating my Binaural Attunement Meditations (BAM), I will be injecting AfORMations within. Not to be mistaken for Affirmations. If you've worked with affirmations before, you have to check out the difference!! I'd love some feedback! Should you have any requests or suggestions on what you'd like to see in there, PLS fire away!! Hello There! It's been some time I know, but I wanted to update the few faithful, supportive members of this group, on the fate of our Collective Soul page/group. It's been such a journey since early August with a very unexpected focus in my life. In all honesty, when I started up this Skool page, I had a TOTALLY different idea in mind for what it was going to be for/about.... but during the time that I was building it out from conception, rose the experimentation of evaluating alcohol in my own life. Although I don't feel I had a serious problem with alcohol, I certainly realized through a fluke experiment during some of the healing modalities I was completing in my deep reflections and practices on returning to authentic Self, that alcohol had weaseled it's way into making itself a cozy space in my life that it was no longer welcome to be occupying. (I know, I speak in riddles!! lol) I've recently completed my first e-book and it is now for purchase. It's called "Life after Last Call". It's a starting point for what I hope will lead to, not only more workshops on how to navigate a mindset reset regarding alcohol but also to a hopeful second edition in the way of an actual book. I've been working diligently on the side of helping others with difficulties surrounding this issue and therefore I've still been struggling with my group. It seems that the focus is needed at this time, around what I've come through and learned myself over the last 6 months. I'm hoping that in the New year, I'll have reached many who are seeking help and to have them come to my group, here for more support and education in the classroom. All of this to also say, that If this doesn't fit into any part of your lives, I totally understand if you chose to leave the group. There will be NO issues or ill feelings.... and perhaps we'll meet again in a different area in the future? 😉💫... like many of us had, originally connected through other groups. Birds of a Feather......... 🪶 I wish each of you a Merry Christmas and all the very Best in 2026. It's going to BE A YEAR, vibrations are running high and the world is operating at a very high frequency as of late.
