Well, it's been a minute, that's for sure! For those of you who are still here, thanks for your patience while allowing me the time to explore different ideas & opportunities while I expand my knowledge and grow my expertise in certain areas.... and to focus on my most recent creation.... my new eBook on How I navigated eliminating an unhealthy habit of over consuming Alcohol. ... and of course prior to that, the workshop. It's been a ride! I'd like to announce that I've more recently embarked on a new journey in the realm of teaching, coaching and healing.... and that is, by being certified as a Sound Healing Coach. Using Frequencies, Binaural beats and Theta waves to create hypnotic guided meditations! This is a new area for me but one I'm so extremely excited about it, it feels so right! This is so empowering because I can attest to the potency of these meditations. I started practicing 13 months ago and my life has changed in so many ways since, with the help of these gifts. I just recorded my very first B.A.M. (Binaural Affirmation Meditation) (descriptive name that's used by my mentor) called "Alcohol Free Life". Of course I was anxious to get this recorded so that I can offer it to my clients in the Alcohol Abstinence module and program I offer BUT, the even more amazing news is, I will also be focusing on other areas where alignment is needed. The most important thing and the original intention for this platform was all about ALIGNMENT, returning to Self and for true ATHENTICITY to immerge. It's coming full circle now, friends. I hope you'll stick around and watch this "circle" become an amazing place of Healing and Growing. ✨"Trust that peace is always within reach" ✨

Just wanted to thank @Kim Churchill for the AMAZING chat on Monday morning. We went well over the 'suggested time' of the chats but it was great. Pls note that although the 'scheduled' time is 30 mintues for these calls, should participants want to stay longer or leave earlier, that is perfectly acceptable and fine.
