TOTALLY TWISTED — STEP BY STEP (PHOTO GUIDE)
This is one of the fastest ways to de-stress the body and unwind deep fascial tension.
STEP 1
Cross the legs: right foot over left.
STEP 2
Wrap the right arm under the left armpit.
Left hand to right shoulder.
STEP 3
Belly button gently in and up.
Spinal Pelvic Lock engaged.
STEP 4
Head turns to the right first.
Then rotate the body to the left.
Head and body move opposite.
STEP 5
3 staged breaths x3 rounds:
Breathe in, hold.
Breathe more, hold.
Breathe more, hold.
Rotate a little deeper each round.
Ring the body out like a wet towel.
STEP 6
Breathe slow through the nose x6.
Soften. Unwind. Come back to centre slowly.
STEP 7
Repeat the other side (swap legs and arms).
