This morning I followed the step-by-step video for totally twisted. This breakdown of all the parts helped me to fine tune the movements and breath while doing it. This is not a daily practice for me yet, so I felt some discomfort in the lower back and some slight pain in the shoulders, however once I pulled the spinal pelvic lock all the way in, the lower back discomfort stopped and I realised the shoulder pain was because I was holding them tense; the reminder to drop the shoulders in the video helped to relieve that.
