Totally Twisted Day 13 - something is starting to shift
I just finished the manoeuvre, unguided again. I feel an immense sense of peace and am struck by the power of the breath and fascia manoeuvre together. Simply magical. It feels as though something within me is starting to shift (don't know what yet; perhaps it'll become apparent over the coming sessions). Have a blessed day all and namaste 🙏
