I have been putting together a flow for a fascia and breathwork class. Will send along when I have it finished. I've been doing slow breathing lately, as I have been drawn to it in the mornings. Throughout the day I notice that it's easier to hold my breath on the out breath, like there's more space in my body... Anyway it feels great to get that really slow breath, which sometimes can take a bit of work to get into, but it's so very soothing.
