A powerful Fascial Maneuver to open the shoulders, hips, and spine while unloading deep tension from the nervous system.
HOW TO DO IT
Drop into a soft squat.
Let the hands hang near the knees.
Place one hand on the shoulder.
With the other hand, grab the elbow and gently pull the skin downward to create tension through the shoulder line.
Keep the belly button gently in and up.
Allow the body to rotate in the opposite direction of the pull.
Find the natural tension line.
Breathe slow and deep for 6 breaths.
Soften.
Let go.
Repeat on the other side.
