Good to be back at it
Happily, I got back into the swing of things this evening. I did the stress reset (palate swipe/totally twisted/anti-gravity), pullover to release tension in the lower back, then a 25 minute Soma breath session. I could really feel the rhythm in the breath and felt powerful energy building in my sacral chakra, which I moved with and breathed into to move it up the body. Simply blissful 🤗
