Daily Practice
Yesterday I did conscious breathing and nose breathing during my Pilates class, and it was lovely, I didn't get short of breath at all and I am not as sore today as I usually am. I was also way calmer after that workout than usual heart racing... This morning I did conscious breathing, 7 in and 7 out, breath holds. I did the fascia release on my jaw and it was heavenly. It's getting a little easier and less painful as have been doing it almost every day now. I did a breathwork session with my mom and will write that up and send along.
