BELLY BUTTON TORQUE — RELEASE TRAUMA FAST & SAFELY
The belly button is one of the most powerful energetic and fascial centres in the body.
It is the original connection point to life through the umbilical cord.
This area holds deep fascial tension, emotional memory, and patterns connected to birth, safety, survival and early life experiences.
When this area is restricted, the body can hold stress, digestive tension, emotional weight and feelings of disconnection.
Belly Button Torque helps unwind that tension and restore flow through the abdomen and nervous system.
HOW TO
Place the pads of your fingers deep into the belly button.
Create firm pressure inward.
Rotate the fingers counter-clockwise (thumbs pointing up).
Now create a gentle counter-rotation in the body.
Pull the belly button in and up to engage the Spinal Pelvic Lock.
Breathe deep and slow through the mouth.
Minimum 6 breaths.
Allow the abdomen to soften and expand with each breath.
You can also grab the fascia on the lower back opposite the belly button and twist the body the opposite direction to deepen the tension line.
Move slowly.
Let the breath guide the release.
