ADVANCED SWINGER DEEP SHOULDER & HIP RELEASE
This is the advanced version of HUMAN GARAGE FASCIAL MANEUVER Swinger.
A powerful Fascial Maneuver designed to unwind deep tension through the shoulders, hips, spine and nervous system.
If you’re holding stress, emotional pressure, tight shoulders or locked hips try this.
The deeper we create safe tension through the fascia, the greater the release.
HOW TO
Drop into a soft squat.
Let the hands hang near the knees.
Place one hand onto the opposite shoulder.
Other hand grabs the elbow.
Pull the skin downward firmly to create tension through the shoulder line.
Keep the belly button gently in and up (Spinal Pelvic Lock).
Now begin to rotate the body in the opposite direction.
Advanced version:
Add deeper rotation.
Drop lower into the squat.
Move slowly through the hips and spine.
Use connected breathing to drive pressure deeper into the tissue.
Minimum 6 breaths.
Breathe slow.
Breathe deep.
Let the body unwind itself.
The fascia responds to pressure, movement and breath.
As circulation increases and the nervous system softens, the body begins to release stored tension naturally.
