I downloaded the form and began to fill it out. As I read the instructions, I found them to be unusual. I've never seen a form like this before. It triggered my thought process, and I wondered how these questions would help me write a story. This process comes to the writer from a back door, so to speak. What does the writer pull from the target reader that will help craft a story that more readers will enjoy? This format is one I find particularly challenging. I still haven't finished filling it out, as it takes a lot of deep thought. Great format.

I was rejected for the Goodreads Author Program. I am thinking it is because of the last bullet. If my KDP/Amazon and Goodreads accounts both use my personal email (because those accounts are OLD and were set up before even my podcast was a twinkle in my eye). How can I create a contact us form that meets GoodReads requirements without sharing my personal email with the whole world? Make sure your official author email address can be verified from your official author website. Examples include: the email address is shown on your author website, appears when you click a Contact Us link, or verified from a Contact Us form.
