KDP EBook rejection

I want to share the rejection I received from KDP. The book had some lines for jotting down thoughts, but it was not a journal. It is mostly text.

Here is the email string (read bottom up). I’ve removed the lines and will published again without them, but I’m curious what others think about this.

Your book cannot be supported by our Kindle devices and applications due to the interactive functionalities.

If you wish to publish this book, you will need to submit it as a new book under a compatible format according to our guidelines. Note that books meant to be filled in by the user (e.g. journals, coloring books) can be published through KDP as paperback books.

As a reminder, since publishing books that require resources beyond a Kindle device or Kindle application (Phone/Mac/PC) is against our guidelines, we may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly try to do so.

Since most of the content is not fill in the blank, am I able to reformat, removing those sections, and resubmit?

I am not clear how my book is in violation of the guidelines. While there are some reflection pages in the book, it does not require additional resources. Did the words "playbook" or "workbook" perhaps cause an unintentional flag?

I would love to better understand the issue in order to resolve it.
