Table of content in PF

There is a B button for bold, but it seems I can't press it to remove bold? My TOC feel a bit cluttered for my book... Can we remove the ............... ? Would be a suggestion to have more option to adapt the table of content such as writing Chapter X on one line and below that line the title of that chapter, with no ............, and to be able to center Chapter X, but keep a left alignment for the name of that chapter below. I have put some example of the kind of thing I would love to be able to do if you decide to make more options. In the mean time, if I can only get the B button to work it would help a lot. Thanks
