Over the next 10 weeks, I’ll be taking you deeper into the world of psychodynamic psychotherapy, trauma, and inner transformation. This is not surface-level content. This is where we explore what’s underneath—your patterns, your wounds, your defenses… and your truth. This is where the real work begins. Not in understanding… but in seeing yourself more clearly. This week, we explored how your present may be shaped by your past— how what you call “personality” or “just the way I am”… may actually be adaptations, survival strategies, learned ways of being. The homework I’ve shared below is not about fixing anything. It’s about slowing down and gently asking: 👉 Where did this begin? You’ll reflect on: – your repeating patterns – your internal voices (mother / father) – beliefs like “I’m too much”, “I’m not enough” – and how these show up in your relationships and daily life Take your time with it.
