Another powerhouse joins the Project 300 advisory board. Welcome George Mifsud, retired NYPD Captain, 9/11 first responder, and our new Project 300 Police Pod Leader. 🇺🇸💪 @george_g2trainingsyosset ✅ This isn’t just another advisory board announcement. This is about bringing in people who have lived a life of service, sacrifice, discipline, and leadership. George followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the NYPD in 1991. During his distinguished career, he rose through the ranks from Detective to Sergeant, Lieutenant, and ultimately Captain. On September 11, 2001, George answered the call as a first responder at the World Trade Center. He continued serving in the recovery efforts at Ground Zero and the Staten Island Landfill in the months that followed. That’s what leadership looks like when it matters most. Today, George continues to lead as Chairman of the Finest Federal Credit Union and co-owner of G2 Training in Syosset, New York. He’s also a husband, father, and a man who understands the power of fitness, discipline, and community. Now he’s bringing that experience and leadership to Project 300 as our Police Pod Leader. Project 300 is about more than workouts. It’s about building a community of people who hold themselves and each other accountable. People who lead by example, push through adversity, and refuse to settle. With our Spartan partnership, dedicated training tracks, and a growing team of leaders from different walks of life, we’re building something bigger than any one individual. George represents exactly what we stand for. Please join Frank Sepe, Zack Zeigler, and the entire Project 300 team in welcoming George Mifsud to the advisory board! The mission is growing. The leadership is getting stronger. And we’re just getting started. #Project300 #GeorgeMifsud #NYPD #FirstResponders #PoliceFitness
