Deka Ultra/Martial Artists
Where are my Deka people and martial artists at? I fell in love with Deka during project 300 and made it my goal to do my first Deka Ultra next summer(I believe it will be June in Chicago). I’m also practicing TKD and will be testing for my black belt next summer as well if the timeline works out. I’d love to connect and help push each other to the next level!

@Jennifer Roof the fit was a lot of fun. The funny thing is I felt it was easier than the strong just because I could put myself into zone 2 on the run then go a little harder in the stations. At the strong I ended up burning myself out and having to figure out a pace.

Welcome!
Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.
