⚔️ WEEK 2 CHALLENGE: THE MOVEMENT MIX
October 12–18 Last week, we tackled 300 pull-ups. This week, we’re switching things up. Your challenge: Accumulate intentional movement throughout the week AND try at least 1 activity you don’t normally do. 🎯 PICK YOUR LEVEL 🟢 BASE: 150 minutes ⚪ STANDARD: 300 minutes 🔴 BEAST: 450 minutes 💪 WHAT COUNTS? Walking, running, lifting, cycling, swimming, hiking, yoga, Pilates, mobility, sports, or any other intentional movement. YES, your regular workouts count! 🔀 HERE’S THE TWIST Try at least 1 activity outside your normal routine. 🏋️ Always lift? Try yoga or swimming. 🏃 Always run? Try strength training. 🚶 Always walk? Try cycling or Pilates. 💪 Do everything? Pick something you’ve neglected. Even 10 minutes of something different counts. 📋 THE RULES ✅ Pick your level. Adjust if needed. ✅ Accumulate minutes over 7 days. No daily minimum. ✅ Mix activities. Your normal workouts count. ✅ Try at least 1 activity you don’t normally do. ✅ Modify as needed. Walking, seated exercise, and low-impact options all count. ✅ Recovery matters. Don’t push through pain or add unnecessary training. ✅ Track your minutes honestly. A missed target doesn’t erase your effort. No equipment or special app required. Just track your minutes on your phone, watch, or a piece of paper. Report your progress in your regular Friday check-in and share your final total here after the weekend. The challenge is optional and doesn’t affect Active 300 status. 👇 YOUR TURN! Drop 2 things in the comments: 1️⃣ BASE, STANDARD, or BEAST? 2️⃣ What’s the NEW activity you’re trying? Get moving. Try something different. Have some fun with it. LET’S GO, PROJECT 300! ⚔️💪
Friday check in 10/16/26
Man what a week. I’ve been fighting a bug all week. Plus a rash that’s been bothering me. Higher fever and feeling weak. However that didn’t stop me from getting in hydration and movement daily. I did listen to my body and rest a little more than normal. Looking to really push next week. Get back to my early morning workouts. Just reminding myself there’s always a way.

Friday check in
Not my best week by far. Missed marks. Letting too much get under my skin lately and its been taking a toll on my routine. Planned to hit 3 nights sleep by 10. Didn’t hit that exact goal, but I got 2 nights of being asleep by 1030 earlier this week. And I’m 100% counting that cause I’m proud of myself! I believe I said my average was 11pm when in reality it’s probably closer to 1130 / 12 so…. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣 That said… those nights were some terrible sleep and recovery. I’ve actually noticed a trend of me sleeping earlier causing worse logged sleep and recovery. Whereas sleeping around my average time (1130/12), recovery is typically higher. Why would that make sense? I look into this periodically but come up with no real reason for why that may be. My activity has been much lower than normal this month. And this week is no exception. I’ve really only done the hill repeats Wednesday. Hoping to get at least a run in today but not looking too good on that front. But still planning on long runs this weekend so, we will see. Will just need a strong weekend and a strong full return back next week.
