Would love to snag a few new recipes to add to the cookbook.
My personal favorite is:
1-1.5 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
Large handful of grapes or bananas (or both!)
1/2 cup of oats
Throw on some choc chips if desired
+ 1/2-1 scoop of pre-workout (depending on how late the game start is!)
