Feedback on Issue 69
Issue 69 of The Collective Newsletter was especially good! It challenges the reader to question their motives for their leadership style. I shared it with my colleagues and one responded to me with the following message:
"I agree. My old martial arts teacher always told me, The goal of teaching is to make the student better than the master."
I wholeheartedly agree!! Obviously job security and providing for your family is first priority, but we should be training and leading others to become leaders themselves. That's the fruit of our labor.
