Behavior in 2025
First, I won't always answer so early. Today I'm excited about supporting Michael, connecting with this community, and I just happened to wake up early and jumped on the computer to send a couple of messages to start the day and this task is high on my to-do list.
Second my responses:
What is one specific behavior you strengthened as a leader in 2025?
A hard opening question, I probably relied on old habits and practices, more than being intentional about strengthening a behavior. I will say in the spirit of the task that I was slightly better about connecting with friends and family.
What is one specific behavior that slipped or weakened?
I managed time, a lot less efficiently, partly because I'm doing too many things, partly because I'm allowing too many interruptions, and partly because of my dependence on others who were not reliable partners. It manifested in not achieving some projects/goals and pushing out delivery dates.
I look forward to reading other responses this evening.
