Hey everyone—I’m Belle, and this is Progress is Progress.
If you’re new here, first off: welcome. I’m a writer, a recovery coach, and a former meth addict who’s spent time on both sides of the struggle. My blog and everything I do center on one idea—progress counts, no matter how small. I know firsthand that the journey gets ugly sometimes, and nobody wants fake positivity or sugarcoating here.
This Skool is an honest space for anyone touched by addiction—folks in recovery, people thinking about it, loved ones, the helpers and the pros, and the ones still figuring things out. If you’ve ever felt alone, stuck, or like you just keep screwing up, consider this your new crew. We’re real here, and we show up messy if we need to.
What you’ll find: raw stories, tools from both my lived experience and my work, community support, Q&As, and a place to talk (or just listen) without shame.
If you’re curious, check out my blog on Substack, where I talk life, relapse, hope, shame, and getting back up. I won’t promise magic, but I do promise honesty.
Introduce yourself below if you want, or just say hi. Either way—glad you’re here.
