Every Friday, 10 minutes, four numbers. This one habit will put you ahead of most business owners on earth: 1. REVENUE - cash that actually hit the account this week 2. MARGIN - what's left after the cost of delivering 3. BURN - what it costs to exist each month, and your months of runway 4. CAC vs LTV - what a customer costs vs what they're worth One spreadsheet row per week. That's the whole system.
