Every Friday, 10 minutes, four numbers. This one habit will put you ahead of most business owners on earth: 1. REVENUE - cash that actually hit the account this week 2. MARGIN - what's left after the cost of delivering 3. BURN - what it costs to exist each month, and your months of runway 4. CAC vs LTV - what a customer costs vs what they're worth One spreadsheet row per week. That's the whole system. A reminder for everyone grinding on their score and stacking approvals: Nobody actually wants $100K in credit lines. You want what it unlocks - the shop, the agency, the product, the freedom to build the thing you keep thinking about at 2am. The funding is fuel. The purpose is the destination. So here's this week's exercise: forget the money for one post. What's the business only YOU can build? The one that uses what you've lived through, not just what you can sell? Post it below. When you know your purpose, the capital conversation gets very, very focused. You truly profit once you're fulfilling your purpose - it's on the banner for a reason.

No question is too basic here - but a well-asked question gets you a battle plan instead of a guess. Include these four things: 1. Your three numbers: score, utilization %, inquiries in last 6 months 2. Business status: idea / new LLC / revenue (roughly how much) 3. What you're trying to do: how much capital, for what, by when 4. What happened already: applications, approvals, declines (and decline reasons if you have them) NEVER post account numbers, SSNs, or full reports - keep it to the numbers above.
