How I Advertise a Deal

I just wanted to take a moment and give an example of one of the planes that I advertised on the triple net lease process. This was a beautiful 172 that we got from Arizona. it was spoken for about a week after we posted it. As you can see in the example in the pictures that I post below I’m completely open and transparent and let them know exactly what the triple net lease is. So you get an influx of leads and you just have to go through them and find the most qualified.
