I would list this plane for $50/hour on a 50 hour monthly minimum, guaranteeing minimum $2,500/month and it can only do better.

Triple net: flight school covers insurance, maintenance, fuel, hangar and operating cost.

Sellers Terms

Sales price $55k

Down payment $25k

Amount financed $30k for 12 months.

$1000 monthly (interest only) no prepayment penalty you have 1 year to come up with the other $30k

In case in 12 months buyer does not have the remaining 30k seller will consider extending financing with new terms.
