I just got off the phone with Mike Ojo from the sling Academy. He is very interested in leasing one of those viper SD4’s. He wants to start with one of them. The purchase price is $250,000. Jeff Graves the loan officer contact that I sent out will be able to help with this loan as well. It will be a triple net lease on a 50 hour minimum. They are expecting to do 150 to 200 hours per month. They have their 141 certificate. And they are in a high demand area. If you were in the capacity to be able to get one of these planes reach out to me and let’s get you in contact with Jeff and I will get us on a three-way call with Mike Ojo to discuss terms. You will need 10-15% down most likely.

Big win here guys. I just posted in our group yesterday of the contact Jeff Graves that I made that does Aircraft lending specifically for Flight Training operations. After posting that a lot of of you had really good reactions and decided to take action and reached out and called Jeff. He has just approved his first no Doc deal with our community. This immaculately equipped Cherokee 180 came from an awesome client. He had the faith and took action and got on the program. I got his beautiful Airplane over to my hanger and immediately got to work. Within two days we had a lease set up and to this day it is still ongoing and there is a great relationship. The current owner is actively getting more planes. I just went and got another one for him myself.
