I got a good one for you here guys. I know this broker and have done deals with him already. He only takes on quality airplanes so I expect it passing a pre buy inspection no problem. This would be an easy one to lease. Anyone interested contact me and I will get this done for you. This will be a cash deal or finance. No seller finance available. We do have Jeff and the broker has loan officers as well. We are looking at 20% down.

I would advertise the lease at $75/hour on a 50 hour minimum per month. This plane would lease back very quickly.
