Methods of Creating Stars.

It's time for me to take a break from posting about practicing Promo's, and talk about something as a fan; As I would watch the Territory videos on either the original WWE Network or PEACOCK TV, I'd notice how their method of creating Stars was using a Ranking system like they do in Sports. In today's Wrestling Market, they seem to use Specialty matches to create Stars; besides Money in the Bank, what do y'all think are some of the best Specialty matches that WWE uses that have created the best stars?
