Hi Hugo, I have a question around tool restrictions.
If a client or agency doesn’t allow Midjourney, would you still use it privately for early art direction exploration — for example to test mood, lighting, composition or visual territory — then translate that direction into a structured prompt for use in an approved model?
Or, if Midjourney is prohibited, would you completely avoid using it anywhere in the process, even using as a reference to create a prompt from?
I imagine this could still be a problem if you have to disclose your workflow.
What if you used reference materials from Pinterest, how would you know if the images you find there weren't created by Midjourney or another prohibited model?
