The POWER VALUE OF OUR COMMUNITY AVAILABLE TO EACH OF US - ANYTIME (aside from friendships, clarities shared etc) and HOW TO LEVERAGE IT! THE MORE WE/EACH OF US POSTS/THUMBS UP/REPLIES .... THE MORE WE GAIN ENERGY!!!! (It is NOT just LITERAL words - there is an ENERGY we are UPing!) WE ACTUALLY ARE ALL IN A GAME TOGETHER CREATING MOTION ENERGY that EACH OF US CAN USE for our own GOALS (outside the Community) - WE ARE ALLIES/ALIGNING TO CREATE A MUTUAL ONGOING ENERGY that can benefit our OWN businesses! IT IS A TRUE ENERGY POWER that we are ON THE SAME TEAM, CREATING TOGETHER so it EMPOWERS EACH MEMBER ---- BUT I REALIZED today, many may not actually understand this! HERE IS A WAY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE ENERGY VALUE and MAXIMIZE tapping into our CREATED ENERGY FLOW - CHANNEL IT / like you are RIDING A SURF WAVE to your own goals outside the community! The WORDS and The MOTION - IMPORTANT ANALOGY Example: Volleyball The WORDS = what players may be shouting as they are playing "Over here" "Baaam" "Here" The MOTION = Each Team has a Definite Goal (Maximum Points to = WIN) and all the Players have their SUBGOALS (from their positions-that contribute to Definite Goal) Example: OUR COMMUNITY The WORDS = all our posts and replies -which keep saying "Hi, I AM HERE" and all the interchange But its NOT THE DEFINITE GOAL or SUBGOAL The MOTION = through all our posting, comments, thumbs up, we are keeping the "BALL" up in the air Actually there is no "REAL BALL" but its a MOTION that we EACH as a community create THIS motion - if you and I /we learn to understand it for what it is - THEN we can USE this energy/literally harness/learn to channel this HIGH ENERGY to keep hitting our own "SUBGOALS" and DEFINITE GOAL which are unique to us in our own businesses THE ENERGY IS AVAILABLE TO ALL AT ALL TIME - EACH CAN HOP ON THE WAVE and RIDE IT/HARNESS IT and CHANNEL IT --- WE ARE THE COMMUNITY = TOGETHER WE MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!
