Taking care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually allows you to better serve the people God has placed in your life. Jesus Himself took time to rest, pray, and step away from the crowds. If the Son of God needed moments of renewal, so do we. 📖 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 Today, give yourself permission to rest, recharge, and spend time in God’s presence. Faith grows when we continually hear God’s Word. The more we hear His promises, the more confidence we develop in His ability to do exactly what He said. If you’re believing God for healing, provision, restoration, direction, or breakthrough, keep His Word in your ears and in your heart. Don’t allow fear, doubt, or negative reports to become louder than God’s promises. What you hear consistently will shape what you believe. What you believe will influence how you live.
