๐ŸŒฟ Self-Care Is Not Selfish ๐ŸŒฟ
Many people pour into everyone else while neglecting themselves. But God never called us to run on empty. Taking care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually allows you to better serve the people God has placed in your life.
Jesus Himself took time to rest, pray, and step away from the crowds. If the Son of God needed moments of renewal, so do we.
๐Ÿ“– โ€œCome to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.โ€ โ€” Matthew 11:28
Today, give yourself permission to rest, recharge, and spend time in Godโ€™s presence. Drink the water. Take the walk. Read the Word. Pray. Protect your peace.
Remember: You cannot pour from an empty cup.
๐Ÿ™ Self-care isnโ€™t about putting yourself first. Itโ€™s about making sure youโ€™re healthy enough to fulfill the purpose God has for your life.
