How did everyone get on with Vajrasana last week?
I heard some great things from our members over the week! Awesome job for all those who were participating and feeling the power of Vajrasana.
Just going into an asana, even for a few seconds whenever you remember, is an amazing and effortless way to transform. So with that said, let's get into this weeks Asana.
This week is Utthanasana, the squat and rise pose.
Now, I don't want you to get too caught up in the details of what is 'correct'.
Just get used to going into a full squat.
Experimentation is encouraged. Different leg positions, different heel positions, different arm positions etc.
This is a fundamental component to rehabbing your body to what it was designed to be able to do.
In the beginning, use a sofa arm, a door, anything that you can hold onto to support you going down.
Do it as often as you remember throughout the week and watch how it starts to change things.
