Lesson 1: Why am here?
I’m here because I know I have parasites it’s been too long since my last parasite purge and I have autoimmune issues I believe I can heal if I put a stronger focus on this again. I think doing it with a group will help with accountability.
Why is everyone craving sugar right now and what does it really mean?
If you’ve been craving sugar like crazy these past few days, breathe. You are not weak. You are not “messing up.” What you’re experiencing is exactly what happens when we start waking up the parasites, yeast, and overgrowth inside the body. When we give in to sugar especially around the holidays when sweets are everywhere we’re not feeding ourselves… we’re feeding them. Parasites and yeast thrive on sugar and simple carbs. The more they get, the more they reproduce, and the louder they scream for their next feeding. That “I need sugar right now” feeling isn’t your lack of discipline. It’s biology. Here’s what’s happening: When parasites and yeast get fed, they release chemicals that trigger cravings, irritability, emotional instability, skin flare-ups, bloating, and even low mood. They hijack your neurotransmitters. They manipulate your hunger cues. They can even influence your thoughts. So if you notice yourself craving more sugar after eating sugar that’s not you.
