Lemon water ritual begins today… Your 6-Month Lemon Water Commitment
As you move through your lessons and they unlock you will begin lifestyle changes to support your growth. Today we begin lemon water as a group. Find the time and process that you will drink your lemon water and stick to it for the next 6 months. You may use lime as well if you don’t sit well with lemon 🍋 Starting right now. For the next 6 months, you’re going to do this every single day at the same time: 1. Pick your time: Morning 🌅, Afternoon ☀️, or Night 🌙(Pick ONE and stick with it.) 2. Pick your water temperature: Warm, room temperature, or cold whatever you’ll actually do daily. 3. Build your cup: Glass of water Fresh lemon (a squeeze or slice) 🍋 The tiniest pinch of salt: Celtic salt or Himalayan pink salt or Sea salt 4. Repeat it daily at the exact same time.This is now part of your healing rituals, not “when I remember” it’s a commitment. Step 5: Time to Get Into the Modules & Start
• Head into the classroom. • Your lessons are organized into modules that unlock over time so you won’t get overwhelmed with too much at once. • Each class builds on the last, guiding you step by step through the journey. • Follow along at your own pace, but try to stay in rhythm so you’re fully prepared when it’s time for the purge. Step 4: Join the Classroom & Get Connected
This step plugs you into our Human Parasite Purge School Community (SKOOL) so you never miss updates, lessons, or support. Step 3: Shopping List
It’s time to make sure you have everything on hand before we dive into the purge. Preparing your supplies ahead of time will make the process smooth and stress-free. Downloadable Shopping List (easy checklist to follow) Prep Products Ahead so you’re not scrambling later Optional Amazon 🔗 You can use our Amazon store to grab the exact products we’ve used personally. But there’s no pressure feel free to find similar items locally or online. The main thing is: choose non-GMO and organic whenever possible. Shopping List📋 • Fulvic Minerals – supports detox pathways, hydration, electrolytes, and metal binding. • Black Walnut & Wormwood tincture – antiparasitic combo. • Cloves – kills parasite eggs. • Castor oil (capsules and oil) – gentle bowel mover, helps expel parasites can be used as a carrier oil as well. • Pumpkin seeds – natural antiparasitic food. 🔬 Biofilm & Candida Breakthrough Tools Parasites and Candida hide under a sticky layer called biofilm (often loaded with heavy metals). This step ensures you’re getting the most out of our classroom. 📖 Track Your Progress • Use the provided journals, trackers, and checklists to record your experience. • Pay attention to your sleep, digestion, energy levels, and emotional shifts. These are important signals that your body is moving through change. • Reflect at the end of each week on what’s improving and where you may still feel challenged. 💬 Engage in Community Conversations • Log into Skool every single day for group discussions and updates. • Share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from others who are walking a similar path. • Remember, everyone’s journey looks a little different.
