Hey there! I managed our real estate business's Google ads back from 2018-2022 and always did manual bidding for leads. I maintained pretty good stats. 10%+ CTR, $11 a lead. We took a break from real estate, but its time to get things moving again. I have a lot of data still stored up in the campaign and I'm getting it going again. Obviously, a lot has changed. The automated bidding strategies are here and more refined. Costs have gone up and the market is completely different as an external change. I've been working on getting my manual bid strategies going again. Lead conversions are slower than before but CTR and everything else is looking good. Would using CPA without much recent data be worth it or should I gather more data first? I tried doing a CPA campaign to split test against my manual bidding and the CPA just hogged all the traffic. Any tips would be helpful.
