Selling official documents and services.

Hi guys, I have a client who is selling official documents and services, or he mediates the service. They are offering highway stamps here in the Czech republic but they are getting constantly blocked by google. We are trying to get in touch with someone from Google support but they are useless.

If anyone would know how to deal with this it would be much appreciated. 😊
