I have a couple of service based businesses as clients - in the health space, with quite specific service offerings. They are bricks and mortar businesses so we're targeting a relatively small geographical radius. I've got someone running our Google Ads campaigns, who has been running PMax campaigns. The quality of leads has significantly dropped off and I feel like it's just becoming a bit of a spam factory with fake conversions. Are PMax campaigns suitable for this type of campaign or should we be sticking with Search?
