Need guidance on updating bidding strategy to conversions

I have been running an ad campaign now for about 3 months and i need some guidance on changing the bidding strategy from max clicks to max conversions. I figured it would be easier to watch a video of the process customers go through on our site to show how the conversions are captured and then be able to determine which conversion goal i should be targeting.
