My search campaign stopped delivering results.

Hello guys, I started a new search campaign by the end of last month, and within the first week and a half I got 10 conversions, and since then zero. What might be the case?

I thought that maybe I could just target the keywords in an exact match, which got the conversion but still, it was just a few keywords and it did not sound like a good idea to me to do that immediately after the campaign launch.

Do you have any ideas about what might be the case? CTR is still quite good in my opinion, above 10 % except for one campaign.
