How do you test shopping feed attributes like titles?

I'm running a shopping campaign and I want to split test a different title for a product.

I was thinking of adding the same product again with a different ID and different title.

But the issue is, I'm using simprosys and I can't add another product to the feed, I'll need to add the product in shopify first.

So, how do you guys run these tests? Which data source do you use? Thanks
