Google Ads Roas Dropped

Hi Guys, I'm facing an issue with my pmax campaign, my ads account is running pmax as the only campaign, Over the last 3 weeks i have increased daily budget from $160 to $215 per day. Less than 10% for each increment. But recently my pmax roas has stalled from 250% to 110%. I did reversed the budget back down to $195. Will my pmax recover? I did not set any tRoas for my pmax at all. Should i set up tRoas now to stop from budget wasting?
