Google Ads Conversions are WAY off

I have never seen this one before. The conversion tracking is WAY off in this account! It is saying 300+ conversions on 222 clicks (how is that even possible) - we have backend tracking setup on it and see 108 calls/lead forms have come through in this 7-day time.

I tried Google Ads Tech Support they said it needs to be elevated to a certain team and they cannot get to me until Feb 5th 😮‍💨🤯 that would mean $5K+ spent in the account between now and then. Does anyone in the group have any idea what is going on or how to fix it? Or have anyone on Fiverr that is good with conversion tracking issues they recommend? Or know a Google Tech Support number that is not in India that will take 6 days to get the appointment with?!?!
