97 Optimal Sleep for You!
I am so proud of myself. After years of tracking sleep and struggling with “decent” at best scores, I GOT A 97 SLEEP SCORE TODAY. Even with getting up twice and quickly, I am optimized for the day with nearly 3 hours of REM sleep (for my brain) and an hour and a half of deep (for physical restoration), I feel like I can be my best me today. Sleep is so important. Science shows over and over again that it’s the best medicine for both acute and chronic health problems. But it’s not just how much you sleep but HOW you are sleeping that means everything. And tracking your sleep alongside heart rate, real time stress, and HRV makes it easier to get restorative sleep. I use a Circular One ring these days and I am able to check my stress and heart rate IN REAL TIME BEFORE BED to help invite better sleep. Last night I brought heart rate and stress down with 15 minutes of Tai Chi and then the easy breathing exercises to induce deep sleep on the Circular app. Anyhow I want to share that it’s possible to go from being a 4-5 hour sleeper with a host of health challenges to an optimal one. Start by getting a wearable device and being AWARE. Here’s a link to our Circular partner with a discount.
