For those of you who could not join us live yesterday, or would like to watch the session again, the recording of yesterdayβs Group Call is now available. πΉπ
Iβd also like to remind you about our upcoming 24 Hour Community Call this weekend. π We will be spending a lot of time together, and Iβd love for as many of you as possible to stop by. πβ
Please remember: there is absolutely no pressure to stay for long periods of time. π You can join and leave whenever it suits you using the Live button. Whether you have five minutes or a few hours, we would be happy to see you there. π
The idea is simply to create an opportunity for everyone, regardless of their time zone or schedule, to spend some time together. β°β¨
As a small challenge, I would love for everyone who joins to share one of their favorite pottery pieces. πΊβ€οΈ It could be something you have made recently, an older piece you are especially proud of, something you purchased, or even a piece that was gifted to you. π If you would like, tell us a little story about it, how it came to be, why it is special, or what it means to you. I think it will be a wonderful way for us to get to know each other better through the work and objects we love. β¨π€
I am also hoping to get a kiln firing started on Friday so that we can do a live kiln opening on Saturday. π₯πΊ If everything works out, I would love to combine it with a YouTube video as well. π₯ I am still figuring out the logistics, but I think it could be a lot of fun. π
Many of you have mentioned that you would love to meet some of our Australian potters, π¦πΊπ¦ and this weekend everyone will have the chance to connect with community members from all over the world. ππ
I am really looking forward to spending the weekend with you all. π₯° Join whenever you can, stay as long as you would like, and letβs make it a fun and memorable event together. β¨π
See you this weekend! β€οΈ
